What kind of software products are you provide?
We provide free and fully-functional trial copies of our software. You can use a free copy for as long as you need it.
A trial copy must be using for evaluation purposes only.
After an evaluation period is over you must either purchase a license to continue using it or remove it from your computer.
Can your products work under the Linux (Unix, etc.) platform?
No, our products are designed to run under the Microsoft Windows XP and later operating systems.
I have an offer, suggestion or idea for an improvement your software. Can I share it with you?
Yes, we always seek fresh ideas to improve our products. Moreover, if your idea will be realized in future releases of our software
you will receive one single license of that program free as our gratitude.

Why do I have no ability to contact you? You don't answer me.
We answer all requests within a maximum of 3 business days (usually even within a few hours), so if you don't receive an answer from us,
there's probably something wrong with your email address. In this case, please send us your message again and make sure to use a working email addres.
If you use an email to contact us, please include our product name and/or our company name "DiMXSoft" in your email,
or it could be deleted by our spam filter!
Ordering Questions
Can I pay using a check or money order?
Yes, you can purchase with a check or money order in U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank.
But a credit card payment is recommended if you require faster activation.
Are my credit card details secure?
All credit card transaction information is sent from your browser to a server via the most secure encrypted connection available.
If you're uneasy about using your credit card online, you may use a check or money order instead, see above.
What is the refund policy?
We provide fully-functional trial versions of our software so that our customers can evaluate and test the software before making a purchase.
Due to the expenses involved in processing payment we therefore do not provide refunds unless there is a technical problem with our software that cannot be resolved.
I have lost my registration code. How to restore it?
Please email us at support@dimxsoft.com, containing your name and email address which you used when ordering.
We will send you the registration code again.
