NT Meter – Network bandwidth meter and statistics logger
NT Meter (Network Traffic Meter)is an easy to set up and use bandwidth meter. It monitors the bandwidth usage of a specified network connection on your computer, graphically and numerically displays its state in real-time.With NT Meter you can easily check all the main features of the network connection. Unlike other products, it has an unobtrusive "Graphs Shade" Window that doesn't fill the Windows Desktop area and doesn't hamper you in any way. The program shows maximal speed, total incoming and outgoing data, connection time and type of the network interface. Moreover, you can view any additional network interface in the same Graphs Window (e.g. for satellite-type connections). The incoming and outgoing traffic is logged to a file, so that you can always view the accumulated statistics of each network interface on your computer. These hourly, daily, monthly and yearly reports can be exported into Microsoft Excel for further processing. The NT Meter Graphs (bandwidth meter window) displays the real-time traffic data of a specified network connection on your computer. This menu contains commands to control the utility and to retrieve the assistive information. Thus the tray menu allows you to open NT Meter Settings and NT Meter Statistics Windows:

Download Graph shows incoming data to the computer (green color)
Upload Graph shows outgoing data from the computer (red color)
Combined Graph shows both downloaded and uploaded data (mixed color)
Numeric Speed shows maximal graph value and conforms to the horizontal grid line
Total Traffic shows total downloaded and uploaded data per current session
Session Time shows the period of the current session
Scale Diagram shows speed relative to the fixed connection types (Modem, DSL, LAN, etc.)
Interface Pictogram shows network interface as the associative picture (RAS or LAN).
